Improve your pushing force through balancing, domination, surrendering and milking postures in a steamy hot space. Release inhibition in this early moanin’ (morning) meditative session. Small space heater highly recommended.

This steamy movement workshop will develop the force of pushing with the entire front body through a series of smooth, milky movements to help you to expand, contract, surrender and SWEAT. Practice submission to trusting yourself. Develop a bodily understanding of center of gravity, solidify your push and pull force to balance your body past self limitations.

A recording of this workshop is included for 4 week access. It is encouraged that participants perform/practice the movements once a week for 4 weeks.

What You Need

  • Small space heater or willingness to turn your room’s thermostat heat up
  • Light Yoga Mat
  • Long pants/tights/sweats/stockings/ socks or slip friendly knee-pads are a MUST
  • Heels are optional
  • Kneepads or knee sleeves encouraged for those with knee concerns or hyperextension
