This steamy movement workshop will develop the force of pushing with the entire front body through a series of smooth, milky movements to help you to expand, contract, surrender and SWEAT. Practice submission to trusting yourself. Develop a bodily understanding of center of gravity, solidify your push and pull force to balance your body past self limitations.
A recording of this workshop is included for 4 week access. It is encouraged that participants perform/practice the movements once a week for 4 weeks.
