Description
This balancing movement workshop will teach horizontal surface basing postures through a series of movements to help you to load, balance and dominate the tension of threading your limbs.
A recording of this workshop is included for 60 day access. It is encouraged that participants perform/practice the movements once a week.
What You Need
- Light Yoga Mat
- Wrist stabilizing wraps (optional but helpful)
- Heels (optional)
- Kneepads or knee sleeves encouraged for those with knee concerns or hyperextension
- Enough open space to extend the legs
