Description
This balancing movement workshop will teach headstand trick postures through a series of movements to help you to load, balance and dominate the tension of levitating your lower body. Develop a bodily understanding of center of gravity, solidify your push force to balance your body past self limitations.
A recording of this workshop is included for 4 week access. It is encouraged that participants perform/practice the movements once a week for 4 weeks.
What You Need
- Light Yoga Mat
- Wrist stabilizing wraps (optional but helpful)
- Heels (optional)
- Kneepads or knee sleeves encouraged for those with knee concerns or hyperextension
- Enough open space to extend the legs
