Description
Shoulder mount Lift J’Azz is done “in study” — which means I break it down over at least 3 months so we can go through the conditioning, mechanics, approaches/methods and executions (from what to do with it to how to transition with it).
It will begin on January 6th and end around the end of March/beginning of April.
We do 2(two)— 2(two) hour sessions each month with an additional workshopping session monthly.
There will be frequent assignments and video check-ins.
A recording of each session is included for the duration of the focus of Lift J’Azz + 4 weeks after concluding.
What You Need
- Small space heater for the winter
- Body grip aide
- Light Yoga Mat
- Crash Mat (optional) OR Pillows appropriate for placing on the floor
- Medium and/or Heavy Resistance Band (Performance Tempel Band Recommended)
- Heels are optional
