Use the top of the year to refresh and expand upon basic upside down tricks. This clinic will cue freaking the form to reconstruct stifled shapes and unconscious transitions into symbolic moments of value and movement in upside down pole working (in heels). Platform heels will be paramount for executions, although it’s understood that you have optional agency on their wear.
