Description
This meditative movement workshop will teach you the floating “machine gun” trick posture through a series of smooth, milky movements to help you to expand, contract and surrender to basing through the front of your body. Practice submission to trusting yourself. Develop a bodily understanding of center of gravity, solidify your push force and suspend your body into sexy stunts past self limitations.
A recording of this workshop is included for 4 week access. It is encouraged that participants perform/practice the movements once a week for 4 weeks.
What You Need
- Light Yoga Mat and 2 Firm Yoga blocks
- Heels (optional) or Long/High Knee Socks preferable to protect knees
- Kneepads or knee sleeves encouraged for those with knee concerns or hyperextension
- Non Slip Handgrip Stands (optional if you have wrist issues)
- Enough open space to extend the body. (note: we will not be doing floorwork)
- Lite Resistance Band Loop (optional)
