This non choreo workshop will teach you the floating “machine gun” trick posture through a series of smooth, slow movements to help you to expand, contract and surrender to basing through the front of your body. Practice submission to trusting yourself. Develop a bodily understanding of center of gravity, solidify your push force and suspend your body into sexy stunts past self limitations.
A recording of this workshop is included for 4 week access. It is encouraged that participants perform/practice the movements once a week for 4 weeks.
