Description
This meditative movement workshop will teach a shoulderstand splay trick posture through a series of smooth, milky movements to help you to expand, contract and surrender to the tension of balance. Practice submission to trusting yourself. Develop a bodily understanding of center of gravity, solidify your push and pull force to balance your body past self limitations.
A recording of this workshop is included for 4 week access. It is encouraged that participants perform/practice the movements once a week for 4 weeks.
What You Need
- Light Yoga Mat
- Long pants/tights/sweats/stockings/ socks or slip friendly knee-pads are a MUST
- Heels (optional)
- Kneepads or knee sleeves encouraged for those with knee concerns or hyperextension
- Enough open space to extend the legs. (note: we will not be doing floorwork)
