I acknowledge that I have read and will uphold the participation confidentiality agreement to not offer for sale, disclose or replicate in written or verbal form, digitally or otherwise confidential information that includes distinguishable module/cue/prompt naming ids, instruction directives or unique process verbiage. As a participant in a Performance Tempel class, Ashley possesses and will possess certain ideas and information related to the education that are not made available to the general public and are confidential and proprietary to Performance Tempel. I agree that I am within my rights to video record, photograph and share myself and my interpretations and attempts of the instruction while holding the the cues, modules, names and directives in confidentiality effective from the date of my enrollment in the event. I recognize that I may capture or record other people and will use reasonable care to confirm the involved parties consent or conceal their identity before distributing, posting or sharing of the media. The non-use and non-disclosure obligations of this agreement shall expire three (3) years from the effective date. Exceptions and modifications to this confidentiality can be made in discussion and conversation with Ashley directly. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the state of Georgia.

This steamy movement workshop will develop the force of pushing with the entire front body through a series of smooth, milky movements to help you to expand, contract, surrender and stabilize. Practice submission to trusting yourself. Develop a bodily understanding of center of gravity, solidify your push and pull force to balance your body past self limitations.

A recording of this workshop is included for 4 week access. It is encouraged that participants perform/practice the movements once a week for 4 weeks.

What You Need

  • Socks are a must
  • Light Yoga Mat
  • Long pants/tights/sweats/stockings/ socks or slip friendly knee-pads are optional
  • Heels are optional
  • Kneepads or knee sleeves encouraged for those with knee concerns or hyperextension
