ARE THERE ANY ACCESSORIES I WILL NEED?

1. Pole grip for your hands and body that is tacky. For Performance Temple’s monkeyhands I would recommend using “Sticky” or “Gluey” formula
2. A Pole
3. (Lite) Performance Tempel Resistance Band OR Short length resistance band
4. Yoga Blocks
5. Heels

WHAT LEVEL IS THIS FOR?

If you’ve been pole dancing consistently for at least 6-9 months, this should be appropriate.

Must be able to execute: Efficient climb, and awareness of jasmine and genie .
