ARE THERE ANY ACCESSORIES I WILL NEED?

1. Pole grip for your hand and one that works well on your body. For PT’s monkeyhands I would recommend using the “Sticky” or “Gluey” formula
2. Clothing that exposes the full leg
4. A Pole
5. Heavy Performance Tempel Resistance Band

WHAT LEVEL IS THIS FOR?

If you’ve been pole dancing consistently for at least 6-8 months, this series should be appropriate.

Must be able to execute: Genie, Jasmine, Pole Climb, Some method of inversion (see Pre-Inversion series if not) , inverted crucifix.
