Pole Up Drill Upper Body Strength Conditioning

Pole Ups are a foundational exercise that help to develop much of the little foundational things that will make your poleing sensational.

A pole up or pole pull up uses your lat muscles and hands in baseball grip on the pole to elevate your full body.

Difficulty: 2.5-4

With the assistance of a resistance band these aren’t too difficult. Use the band to help you progress to using no band once you’ve built the muscular strength needed.

Use:

Train upper body and ab strength

Rx:

(prescribed reps) : 7-10x — do the latter number if assisted with a resistance band. Execute for both sides of the body
