Superman Pole Dance Pose Conditioning

These are 4 pole conditioning drills that will prepare your full body to execute some basic pole techniques: climbing, push-pull and shoulder mounts.

Superman is a true beginner pole dance pose, though it comes its challenges— the main one being pain.

Difficulty: 2.5

Conditioning for the #pdsuperman means conditioning for the pain. The pose itself isn’t hard but maintaining composure while your skin grips the pole is.

Use:

Use to build pain tolerance and temper skin to the feeling. Strengthen top hand pull and shoulder + chest rotation

Rx:

Hold pose with bottom hand until secure or hold thigh squeeze/grip until unable.
