Product Defects

If you receive a product that has a defect please email guts@performancetempel.com or leave a voicemail at 225-267-7301 with your name, order no. and message within 5 days of delivery to exchange the product.  If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, we will work with you to address the issue. 

Unsatisfied 

Due to the nature of fitness, refunds are granted only after review of returned items. If you are not satisfied with your order, returns for shopping credit or full cash refund will be issued within 5 days of delivery.  If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can only work with you to issue store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please submit the below form to begin processing your return:

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns should be mailed back to the address indicated on the shipping container.
