Product Defects

If you receive a product that has a defect please email guts@performancetempel.com or leave a voicemail at 225-267-7301 with your name, order no. and message within 5 days of delivery to exchange the product.  If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, we will work with you to address the issue.

Physical Products

Due to the nature of products, refunds are granted only after review of returned items. If you are not satisfied with your order, returns for shopping credit or full cash refund will be issued within 5 days of delivery.  If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can only work with you to issue store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please submit the below form to begin processing your return:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns should be mailed back to the address indicated on the shipping container.

Classes, Events & Educational Services

Due to the nature of services, refunds are NOT granted under any circumstance. If a customer has purchased a class, event or educational service by mistake and exchange or credit will be issued. 

To be eligible for a exchange or credit, the service must be not have been accessed (system tracking detects access) and  an email or submission of the form the below within 48 hours of purchase must be done. 

Please use the name and email associated with the original order. Order numbers can be found on email receipt.
