I agree to pay $200 USD per monthly billing cycle, on a month to month basis to subscribe to Performance Tempel’s Body/Big Stick Tricks subscription. I authorize the payment method used at checkout to be automatically charged each month on the date of purchase. I acknowledge that Performance Tempel respects my privacy and cannot see or does not have access to my banking or payment method specifics. I acknowledge that I can change payment methods at my discretion. I acknowledge and accept that it is my responsibility to cancel my subscription directly from the ‘my account’ page on the Performance Tempel website. I accept that at the time of cancellation all services will be rendered up until the time of expiration and there will be no refunds after a payment has been made. I acknowledge that this month to month, cancel anytime with no penalty agreement is an introductory offer and will expire.

I am in possession of or have access to a pole for BodyVexxed and BodyFlesh methods.
I have access to open floor space and/or a yoga mat for BodyBasing methods.
I am capable of holding myself accountable for the self-study portion and also being held accountable to my training regimen.

This does not mean that you HAVE to be exposed to others; this condition is an agreement to the requests and an acknowledgement of the artistic/creative direction that will be given for art working and creation. You will have agency to decide what level of agreement you consent.

A medium is the “matter”, “material” or “substance” by which you create the “object” of art. The mediums listed below are those that the BodySensor is exclusively accommodating.

After checkout, I agree to be forwarded to read, fill out, then sign the waiver in order to participate in the workshop. The waiver of liability will be held on file for six (6) months from the date of signature. ( You do not need to sign another waiver if you already have an up-to-date waiver on file)

I acknowledge that I have read and will uphold the participation confidentiality agreement to not offer for sale, disclose or replicate in written or verbal form, digitally or otherwise confidential information that includes distinguishable module/cue/prompt naming ids, instruction directives or unique process verbiage. As a participant in a Performance Tempel class, Ashley possesses and will possess certain ideas and information related to the education that are not made available to the general public and are confidential and proprietary to Performance Tempel. I agree that I am within my rights to video record, photograph and share myself and my interpretations and attempts of the instruction while holding the the cues, modules, names and directives in confidentiality effective from the date of my enrollment in the event. I recognize that I may capture or record other people and will use reasonable care to confirm the involved parties consent or conceal their identity before distributing, posting or sharing of the media. The non-use and non-disclosure obligations of this agreement shall expire three (3) years from the effective date. Exceptions and modifications to this confidentiality can be made in discussion and conversation with Ashley directly. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the state of Georgia.
