‘BodyVexxed’ Remi sit Layback Pole Trick— Backbendin’

Continuing the “Laybacks, Backbends and Recline” focus in BodyVexxed with Remi Sit’s layback variation. The introductory session, in March, welcomed this trick acknowledging it as one of the more painful shapes to execute on the pole. Mobility and movement strategies were taught to show the ways that the discomfort can be managed and adjusted.

On Sunday, April 6th at 6:30PM Eastern (Atlanta,Ga) it’s back to the virtual studio to push Remi Sit forward towards the layback. In session, we’ll be working on unstiffening the backside of the body, testing the backbendin’ mobility.
