Scores from the games will be added and winners will be selected based on score. Leaderboards will be posted weekly throughout the Games so that participants know where they stand.

Participation Requirements :


+ It’s required that you have some sort of digital fitness tracker/heart rate monitor that will validate your workout. You will be required to by post a photo of post-workout tracker results when you workout.
+ Must post through out the #PTGames on IG stories, post workout videos, gym selfies, vlogs,  progress updates ect for accountability. ( email correspondence will be sent with tips)
+ Must incorporate weightlifting into training
+ Must have access to a home gym or traditional gym with standard equipment
+ Must be age 18 years or older
+ Must follow @performance.tempel on Instagram 


  • Participants can do their own training through out the week, but must do the Saturday WOD.
  • Participants must log their workouts via the Performance Tempel app or website. A “How to” will be sent out prior to the games
  • If you need a workout program to do, this can be selected as an option.
