Commit 20 days to doing something for your body. Commit to yourself. This 20 day challenge was created to hone focus and motivate self discipline, physical movement and body care.

This is an independent workout program. You choose when to begin. Upon payment you will receive a download link with all 20 WOD (workout of the day) instructions, links to support resources: food guide, video demos, and music playlist ?.

(1) Do I need equipment or a gym membership?  Workout movements are bodyweight. However there are alternative movements for more advanced strength training that include dumbbells/barbells or weighted balls which will be the only equipment you will need.

(2) How long are the workouts?  Most people finished workouts  between 20-50 minutes. Some workouts could run longer if your pace is slower. If you choose not to do the WOD you MUST do some sort of physical activity for 30 minutes.

(3) Is this for beginner or advanced athletes?  This WOD program is versatile. Whether you’re a novice athlete or advanced, this consistent stream of workouts will challenge your fitness level.

(4) What else should I know about the workouts?  The workouts are presented as a countdown from day 20 to day one. So your first workout day is day 20 and your last workout day is day 1.  There are rest days included in the 20 days!

(5) Is nutrition assistance included?  Personalized meal recommendations are not included. However, a “food as fuel” guide is included. If you’d like a personal nutrition consult and advice contact Renaldo of Focus Fitness 7.
