Strength (3 rounds)

  • Resistance Band Pull aparts
  • 12 Bentover DB Row -10lbs
  • 15 Back extensions
  • 12 Heavy Resistance Band Rows
  • 12 Medium resirance band lat pulldowns

Conditioning (EMOM)

15 minutes

  • 5 DB Cleans
  • 5 eccentric presses
  • 5 Wood Chops each side
  • Ski pulls (if time left until top of next minute)
