I didn’t think this would be difficult, but it was and I definitely will be feeling this tomorrow. Also trying something new by incorporating “Strength Training” into m warm up and using the WOD as conditioning.


Strength (5 Rounds)

  • Lateral Lunge (both sides) to backsquat [ 55 x 10 , 55 x 10,71lb x 7, 71lb x 7, 81 x 5]
  • Bent Over Row[ same as above]
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 10 Tricep Dips

Climax WOD (Time: 7:27)

21 Savage Ladder (6,7,5,4,3,2,1)

  • 5 DB Overhead Squats
  • 5 DB push up + row
  • 5 Burpees
