Definitely did not want to lift today but ended up lifting with resistance bands! A killer workout that I needed to reactivate myself


Strength

6-7 sets

  • 12 Front Squats w/ Heavy Heavy Resistance
  • 15 Thrusters w/Medium Resistance

WOD (for time)

13 minutes finish

  • 3 flights of stairs
  • decline push ups
  • 1 flight one leg stair hops (each side)
