this workout didn’t go as planned. My head was everywhere but in this workout and I didn’t finish it as I would have liked to.🙄🙄

  • 12 one arm slide out push ups
  • 12 OH pull downs
  • 10 slide outs

  • 10 resistance bands pull throughs
  • 20 resistance band skis
