  • 5 slow resistance band squat rows
  • 5 slow side lunge slides (each side)
  • 5 step resistance band bear crawls + 5 push ups
  • 5 one leg squats (each side)

3 rounds

  • 10 resistance band step downs
  • 10 resistance band kickback
